What is the Autoclave mainly used for?
The Autoclave is used to sterilise instruments, glassware, media and waste using pressurised saturated steam. It is essential in microbiology, clinical, dental, pharmaceutical and research laboratories and in central sterile supply.
What standards does the Autoclave comply with?
The unit is designed with reference to applicable pressure-vessel safety rules, IEC 61010 electrical requirements and relevant GB/T standards for sterilizers. Sterilization cycles should follow applicable standards and validated procedures. Compliance documentation can be provided on request.
How long is the warranty period?
The system is covered for 12 months after shipment, including the main mechanism and electrical controls. Replaceable consumables and routine service items are not part of the warranty. Faults caused by improper installation outside the manual or unauthorised modification are not covered.
How easy is the Autoclave to use?
Routine operation is straightforward and is covered in the user manual, including setup, daily use and basic maintenance. Staff with basic laboratory experience can run it after a short familiarisation. We provide remote guidance and can arrange on-site training where required.
How long does delivery usually take?
Standard models require 7-30 working days. In-stock units can ship within 3-7 working days. Custom configurations or large built-to-order systems may require additional time, and we confirm the exact schedule before order confirmation.
Is calibration included?
Regular calibration keeps measurements within the stated accuracy; an annual check is typical, with shorter intervals for heavy or regulated use. Reference standards and procedures are described in the manual. We can quote calibration with certificates.
Are the consumables universal or proprietary?
No proprietary consumable contract is required; standard parts are available from us and common laboratory suppliers. Our service team can supply a recommended parts list for the model. Most routine spares are held for quick delivery.
Are options or configurations available?
A range of options is available to match the application, such as alternative settings, fittings, data outputs or power supply. We confirm each option and its effect on price and schedule up front. Larger custom builds can be discussed.
How is the Autoclave commissioned?
