Introduction

Horizontal offers a 360 welding and automatic polishing. The patented sealing structure includes a welded sealing groove, integral door panel, and Parylene-coated hollow sealing ring. Its main body is made of stainless steel with a rectangular cross-section and annular reinforcement jacket. Our autoclave is ideal for biopharmaceutical, medical, and laboratory settings, efficiently sterilizing instruments and sterile clothing.

It uses high-temperature and high-pressure steam to achieve effective sterilization of laboratory equipment, media, and waste. The advanced control system ensures thorough sterilization while preventing overheating or pressure buildup.

Applications

Our Horizontal Laboratory Autoclave  is ideal for biopharmaceuticals, medical, and laboratory settings, sterilizing instruments, sterile clothing, tubular instruments, rubber, liquids, medical waste, and other items requiring high sterilization efficiency and precise drying.

FAQs

1. Can demineralized water equipment be supplied for the Horizontal Laboratory Autoclave ?

Yes. For laboratories performing up to 3 sterilization cycles per day (~1440 L/day), compact DM water systems suitable for the Horizontal Laboratory Autoclave can be recommended.

2. Are loading truck and transport trolley included with the Horizontal Laboratory Autoclave ?

No. These are optional accessories that can be purchased separately for the Horizontal Laboratory Autoclave : • Loading cart • Transport trolley

3. Are baskets supplied with the Horizontal Laboratory Autoclave ?

No. Trays are included with the Horizontal Laboratory Autoclave , but baskets are not supplied.

4. How long does a sterilization cycle take in the Horizontal Laboratory Autoclave for two bioreactors at 121°C?

A sterilization cycle in the Horizontal Laboratory Autoclave takes approximately 45–60 minutes. This includes the heating, sterilization, and cooling phases.

5. What are the water requirements for the steam generator, condenser, and vacuum pump of the Horizontal Laboratory Autoclave ?

• Steam Generator: Can use soft water, purified water, deionized, or distilled water. • Condenser & Vacuum Pump: Normal tap water is acceptable. Flow rate only affects the filling time and does not affect sterilization performance of the Horizontal Laboratory Autoclave .

6. Is IQ/OQ/ documentation available for the Horizontal Laboratory Autoclave ?

IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification), and (Factory Acceptance Test) documentation are available for the Horizontal Laboratory Autoclave . Charges for these documents are provided on request.

7. Can the inner chamber height of the Horizontal Laboratory Autoclave be customized to 900 mm?

The inner chamber of the Horizontal Laboratory Autoclave can be modified to 1000 × 600 × 900 mm (L × W × H). If the height is increased, the outer dimensions will also increase. Updated technical drawings will be provided within 5–7 working days after confirmation.

8. Will increasing the inner chamber height affect the price of the Horizontal Laboratory Autoclave ?

No. Increasing the chamber height to 900 mm does not change the price of the Horizontal Laboratory Autoclave .

9. What is the door height and opening size of the Horizontal Laboratory Autoclave ?

The door height from the floor is around 800 mm. The door opening size is approximately 500 × 500 mm (W × H). The exact size may vary slightly depending on the final chamber dimensions of the Horizontal Laboratory Autoclave .

10. What type of water supply is required for the Horizontal Laboratory Autoclave ?

• Steam Generator: Requires demineralized, distilled, or purified water with conductivity between 1–10 µS/cm. Water pressure should be 0.15–0.3 MPa. • Condenser & Vacuum Pump: Normal tap water is acceptable, and water quality requirements are not strict.

11. Can Milli-Q water be used in the Horizontal Laboratory Autoclave ?

Ultra-pure Milli-Q water (?0.1 µS/cm) is not recommended, as it may corrode internal components and affect steam generation. Purified Milli-Q water (1–10 µS/cm) is suitable for use in the Horizontal Laboratory Autoclave .

12. What is the water flow rate and consumption per cycle for the Horizontal Laboratory Autoclave ?

The recommended water flow rate is 5–8 L/min. For a 60-minute sterilization cycle, the Horizontal Laboratory Autoclave consumes approximately 300–480 liters of water, depending on the operating mode and load size.
