What warranty comes with the Autoclave?
We provide a 12-month limited warranty on the instrument and its key working parts. Consumables, accessories and parts subject to normal wear are excluded, as is damage caused by incorrect operation or maintenance. An extended service plan is available on request.
Is the Autoclave difficult to operate?
Day-to-day use is simple, with clear prompts and pre-set functions reducing manual steps. New operators should review the manual and complete a short familiarisation. Our technical team offers remote support during the first runs.
How long does delivery usually take?
Standard models require 7-30 working days. In-stock units can ship within 3-7 working days. Custom configurations or large built-to-order systems may require additional time, and we confirm the exact schedule before order confirmation.
Does the Autoclave need calibration or verification?
Regular calibration keeps measurements within the stated accuracy; an annual check is typical, with shorter intervals for heavy or regulated use. Reference standards and procedures are described in the manual. We can quote calibration with certificates.
Are consumables and spare parts easy to obtain?
No proprietary consumable contract is required; standard parts are available from us and common laboratory suppliers. Our service team can supply a recommended parts list for the model. Most routine spares are held for quick delivery.
Can it be adapted to our requirements?
