Introduction
ELISA Microplate Reader is a monochromator-based UV-Visible microplate spectrophotometer covering the full 200–1000 nm wavelength range for high-precision absorbance analysis. It supports 96-well and 384-well plates with standalone 10-inch touchscreen operation, Android system control, and PC software integration. Equipped with a xenon flash lamp (>10⁹ flashes), dual silicon photodetectors, 1 nm wavelength resolution, and accurate photometric performance up to 4.0 OD. Integrated incubation from RT +4°C to 45°C with three-speed linear shaking and optional independent cuvette mode enables endpoint, kinetic, spectral scanning, and 4PL curve analysis. Our ELISA Microplate Reader is designed for DNA/RNA quantification, protein analysis, ELISA assays, enzyme activity studies, cytotoxicity testing, microbial detection, and pharmaceutical research applications.
Applications
Microplate Reader is designed for ELISA, nucleic acid, protein, cytotoxicity, and enzyme activity studies in clinical labs, research institutes, food testing, and environmental laboratories for accurate diagnostics and quality control.
