Introduction
DIN abrasion tester is a microprocessor-controlled unit for resistance determination of elastomers. The quick clamp sample holder precisely guides the test specimen across the rotational drum. The rotational drum is rolled with specific sandpaper for determination of frictional loss of elastomers.
Applications
Used for determining the material surface weight, volume, thickness after assessing the abrasive nature of the elastomers like rubber, tires, conveyer belts, transmit belts, soles, synthetic leather, etc.
