Key Indicators and Inspection Requirements

1. In-can state: no caking, uniform after stirring

2. Workability: no sagging or obvious brush marks

3. Drying time: surface drying ≤ 2 h, hard drying ≤ 24 h

4. Water resistance: no abnormal change after 96 h immersion

5. Alkali resistance: no abnormal change after 48 h immersion

6. Scrub resistance: ≥2000 cycles for interior coatings, ≥5000 cycles for exterior coatings

Inspection Methods and Implementation Points

1. Conduct tests referring to GB/T 9756 and GB/T 9755

2. In-can state: visual inspection combined with manual stirring

3. Drying time test: measured by professional tester under standard ambient conditions

4. Water resistance test: immerse test panels in distilled water

5. Alkali resistance test: immerse test panels in calcium hydroxide solution

6. Scrub resistance test: run cyclic test with dedicated scrub tester

Precautions

1. Maintain test environment at (23±2)℃ and relative humidity (50±5)%

2. Ensure test panels are flat and free of surface defects

3. Keep panels stationary for 24 h recovery after water/alkali immersion tests

4. Use clean medium during scrub resistance testing

5. Test samples shall be within valid shelf life

6. Select corresponding standards according to coating categories
