Working Principle

The core detection logic relies on the distinct thermal conductivity of different gases. Hydrogen has an extremely high thermal conductivity among common gases. When the composition of background gases (such as nitrogen) stays stable, the total thermal conductivity of the mixture varies directly with hydrogen content. The instrument calculates hydrogen concentration accurately by capturing this thermal conductivity difference.

This type of analyzer supports continuous automatic monitoring of hydrogen volume fraction in mixed gas. It features high measurement precision, simple mechanical structure, low maintenance workload and long service life, suitable for non-explosion-proof industrial sites and laboratory research scenarios.
