Double layered stainless vessel with single glass bottom connected to external water bath act as a temperature control system. Fbuilt-in peristaltic pump with programmable PID feeding control of acid, base, antifoam and feed. Top drive, single mechanical seal agitator performs direct coupling. Real time graphic trend and data checking allow to maintain the fermentation process.
