The complete unit carries a 12-month warranty from delivery, covering the main body, core components and controller against manufacturing defects. Consumables and wearing parts such as filters, seals and probes are not covered. Damage from misuse, improper power or unauthorised repair is excluded, and extended warranty can be quoted.
Will staff need special training?
Day-to-day use is simple, with clear prompts and pre-set functions reducing manual steps. New operators should review the manual and complete a short familiarisation. Our technical team offers remote support during the first runs.
How long does delivery usually take?
Standard models require 7-30 working days. In-stock units can ship within 3-7 working days. Custom configurations or large built-to-order systems may require additional time, and we confirm the exact schedule before order confirmation.
Is calibration included?
Regular calibration keeps measurements within the stated accuracy; an annual check is typical, with shorter intervals for heavy or regulated use. Reference standards and procedures are described in the manual. We can quote calibration with certificates.
Are the consumables universal or proprietary?
Filters, seals, probes and similar items are standard and can be supplied through our channel. Customers may also source equivalent items that meet the specification. Provide the model and serial number to confirm compatibility before ordering.
Can it be adapted to our requirements?
Yes, common options include different ranges, voltages, accessories, interfaces and capacity or size configurations. We confirm feasibility, specifications and any delivery impact before order confirmation. Custom requirements are reviewed case by case.
Is installation and commissioning included?
