Introduction

The Stainless-Steel Glove Box features a main chamber with a capacity of 600 × 450 × 420 mm, providing a spacious workspace. It has an antechamber which separates the main chamber and allows safely transfer of materials. Its thickness of the chamber wall is 6 mm, which allows enduring high-pressure and vacuum pressures. Additionally, it is tempered glass of a thickness of 10 mm to ensure safety and pressure endurance. Our Glove box can be used in organic metal chemistry, organic synthesis, etc.

This glove box is designed to meet the rigorous requirements of modern laboratory operations, ensuring high precision, reliability, and ease of use for various experimental applications.

FAQs

1. Does the glove box support integration with laboratory instruments?

Yes, the A-series glove box can be integrated with a variety of lab instruments such as balances, microscopes, or analytical tools. Feed through ports or cable pass-through allow instrument connectivity while maintaining environmental integrity. Custom mounts or internal platforms can be designed to accommodate specific devices safely.

2. Is the viewing window scratch-resistant and clear for long-term use?

The glove box is equipped with a high-quality polycarbonate or tempered glass viewing window that offers excellent optical clarity and impact resistance. It is scratch-resistant to a good extent but may require occasional cleaning with non-abrasive materials to maintain clear visibility. Protective films can also be applied if scratch sensitivity is a concern.

3. What safety features are included in the A-series glove box?

Safety features include air-tight gaskets, pressure relief valves, and interlocking doors for antechambers, glove port seals, and optional / filtration. Some models also include alarms for over/under pressure, low gas flow, or glove leakage. These ensure the operator’s safety and prevent contamination or environmental leaks.

4. How is air or gas circulated inside the glove box?

Depending on the configuration, the A-series may include internal circulation fans or gas purification systems that maintain uniform conditions inside. For inert gas models, gas is circulated and purified through moisture and oxygen removal cartridges. Efficient circulation ensures uniform atmosphere and reduces gas consumption during purging.

5. What is the typical delivery time and installation process?

Delivery time typically ranges from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on customization and availability. Installation is straightforward and includes positioning the unit, connecting gas lines, testing glove integrity, and ensuring all seals and ports are functioning. Some models require power for integrated systems; basic training is provided to familiarize operators with operation and maintenance.
