FAQs

1. How can data be exported from the Single Beam UV-Visible Spectrophotometer?

spectrophotometer features both drive and host ports, allowing users to easily export data to external storage devices such as flash drives. This facilitates seamless data sharing and access across multiple computer systems. Additionally, the host supports direct connections to peripheral devices like printers. For enhanced integration, the RS232 interface enables direct communication with computers, printers, or laboratory information systems ().

2. What working modes are available in the Single Beam UV-Visible Spectrophotometer?

Single Beam UV-Visible Spectrophotometer offers a variety of working modes to meet diverse analytical requirements. The available modes include, T( Transmittance mode) measures the percentage of light transmitted through a sample. The (A) Absorbance mode determines how much light is absorbed by the sample at a specific wavelength. Concentration mode (C ) allows users to calculate sample concentration based on the standard curve and Energy mode (E) measures the energy of light passing through the sample.

3. What standard accessories are included with the Single Beam UV-Visible Spectrophotometer?

Single Beam UV-Visible Spectrophotometer includes four 10 mm glass cuvettes, two 10 mm quartz (UV) cuvettes,PC software and a power cord. Glass cuvettes suitable for measurement in the visible range (400 to 700) typically used for colorimetric and general spectrophotometric analysis. The Quartz (UV) cuvette is designed for UV measurements (below 400 nm), as quartz is transparent to UV light, making it ideal for nucleic acid, protein, and other UV-based analyses. Power cord for electrical connection to operate the spectrophotometer.

4. What are the storage features of the Single Beam UV-Vis Spectrophotometer?

Single Beam UV-Vis Spectrophotometer is equipped with 1GB of internal storage, enabling users to store a substantial amount of test data and calibration curves for future reference. It also supports storage, allowing easy export of results to Excel for further analysis. These storage capabilities streamline data handling, improve workflow efficiency, and ensure data integrity and accessibility for evaluation, reporting, and long-term record-keeping.

5. What is the specialty of the socket-type deuterium and tungsten lamps in the Single Beam UV-Visible Spectrophotometer?

spectrophotometer features socket-type deuterium and tungsten lamps that can be easily replaced without the need for optical alignment or recalibration.
