Standard models require 7-30 working days. In-stock units can ship within 3-7 working days. Custom configurations or large built-to-order systems may require additional time, and we confirm the exact schedule before order confirmation.
Is calibration included?
Factory calibration is included, and routine verification is recommended every 6 to 12 months using suitable reference materials. Regulated sites may require more frequent checks and documented records. Calibration support and certificates can be provided on request.
Are the consumables universal or proprietary?
The instrument uses standard, widely available consumables rather than special locked items. Replacement parts, accessories and consumables can be ordered from us against the model number. We keep common service parts in stock for prompt supply.
Can the Fume Hood be customised?
The standard model can be configured with selected accessories and operating options to suit the task. Non-standard requests are assessed before quotation so the final build is clearly defined. We confirm details before production.
Is installation and commissioning included?
Most models can be commissioned by following the manual, including positioning, connections, checks and a first test run. Remote guidance is available during start-up. On-site installation, commissioning and training can be arranged separately where required.
